I would find someplace else to put your money. Yes It could have a run but dont put your money to risk. I mean you dont want to be stuck in the stock if they do file BK and the stock gets halted. Trust me there are many of other safer plays to make money off of.

Are they under review / warning by FDIC? If so, almost certain to be taken over by the FDIC and you are left with the shell + debt OR pre-arranged sale at major haircut. Sometimes a White Night comes into play, but at major discount again.

Of yeah, FDIC likes to make their announcements on Fridays it seems.
