I think when they can get the FDIC to buckle then we come to a settlement.

Also a side note... the 4.5% rule of ownership here puts share count at 135,000 shares..... So if a fund ? decided to get in I was thinking how much time they have? with examiner they have time on their side.... as we do..... so accumulation can be accomplished without moving this a whole lot.

Hope a BIG NAME Examiner is announced Monday to scare the bageebees out of our adversaries and create a sense of urgency! I think THAT's why the MM's are squirming... IMO
