rocketeer, there are only three ways they will not raise money:

1. close the company
2. sell the company
3. follow a MUCH slower growth than the "lang rush" that was promised.

If the things that you say need to happen DO happen (and I agree they must and should), they will rise the "explosive growth" cash well over $5 per share and 4M shares of dilution as a catalyst for rapid growth (and higher P/E) will be welcome.
