It's honestly baffling to me, and its one of the reasons why over the years so many people hate and still do hate Harvey Berger. The Board is a bunch of his cronies, and, if you're lucky enough to get on the Executive Staff, you probably don't have to do much to earn your $250,000-$500,000/year because, with 18 executives, how much work is there really to go around? God, I would love to have a job there - I highly doubt there is actually much "working" to be done.
Clackson...he deserves his pay, and then some. But, other than that...take 'em or leave 'em. Could care less if they all fell in the Charles tomorrow and never came back up.
Like I said. It's baffling the amount of employees and executives this company STILL has. Even at the employee level, they have WAY too many people working there. Harvey still thinks this is 1998, and he's getting billions of dollars from the genome project.
