He will not reply by email. You have to call. I did twice a few weeks ago. Once he answered on the business phone and the other cell.

There are some strange things going on. But I really don't think contacting the SEC will help our cause. I do however think this will run again when forces at play allow it? In the meantime, I would advise contacting the CEO:
