Why will they EVER have to pay that company...? They didn't win a judgement, and won't. LIQR is suing DKAM (suits/countersuits) ! And from my research...there is no way they will ever be able to go BK . Certainly not beacause of a "trainwreck" of a company like DKAM ! Good comedy all the same...
