Mach, just got off the phone with Andrew. Nothing new. He doesn't know if CMKX is filing off the 3rd quarter or 4th quarter results. He said it maybe taking so long too, because of the number of companies in this partnership. The filing could be just CMKX but could very well include all partners. They would all file at once, including CIM. He just said UC has said nothing and so he doesn't know much more than we do that he can speak of. So I guess if we don't get the filing today don't be surprised. Andrew says just hang in there it's gonna happen.
