Pardon me if I'm wrong, but does the D stand for Dick ?
Ecosphere has on going contracts with both Newfield and Southwest.
I don't recall any results published from the BP Pilot, but they did sign a Master Service Agreement last uear. Furthermore, Devon happened to be the very first Company to give ESPH an opportunity.
ESPH cleaned the water so pure that the Project Manager had 2 Goldfish living in a tank of the result water. My understanding is that they were already contracted with Fountain Quail. With the advancements that Ecosphere has made in the last 2 years, don't be surprised to see them call ESPH for the next contract.

Pilot programs are revenue generating. We are not charity. One of the reasons a pilot program doesn't turn into an immediate contract is drillers may do a pilot program to see alternatives to the system they now use but are locked in contract themselves for a period of time still
