But the last Q or K states a new venture with La Jolla is forthcoming. There were convertibles made in 2003 and 2004, and seemingly will attend more in 2005. I did not look beyond 2003.
Do you know the details of this "Dutchess" thing? I just saw how outrageous they were in other easily seen stuff and quit looking.
I'm not saying this company is a scam. I hope not. I'm an "investor" now. But desperation does not qualify any offer as what should be done. Especially when it's common knowledge what convertibles are used for in this market. I just get this picture of a bunch of guys sitting around a table who won't give up their board jobs and keep sending their shareholders down the river because they like being who and where they are.
pr's saying nothing stinks of not being able to respond to shareholder concerns or are throwing fluff to gain interest among potential buyers of shares, new distributions or otherwise.
of course, all the forementioned could be wrong and these guys really don't know shit from shinola when it comes to business.
