The SEC knows, the DTCC knows, FINRA knows as do many politicians.

This will not be swept under the rug and I remain confidant that one day we will trade again and when that happens we will be well compensated. All imho. Go BCIT!!!

Yep, they do know. The vary SEC and political people who helped end the PCBM and CMKX scams now know all about BCIT and Sytner. The DOJ made a nice little phone call to the PNG Embassy asking a few quick questions.

I'd say this one will end up like ever other stock you claim is short.

I would not be shocked to see something like this happen either.
Those who have shorted are going to pay for their sins and once they are hurt financally and no longer have the regulators in their pocket they will stop with the naked shorting imho.
