In my opinion there are several folks sitting on the bid and waiting for a bad decision from an impatient holder. Patience is going to be rewarded here until that news hits. Alternatively, there may be a rush to get in if a group decides to enter with a bang. I will be quietly accumulating shares until the real party gets started.
