here's a clue .. since mgmt didn't increase the AS
until march 2010 .. there are 3 months that would
*straddle* 2 years .. of search info .. 2009 (oct
thru dec .. etc div spin off was still *viable*)
since mgmt didn't update sor re: status till 3/10/10

so those with search features can take a look see
at 2010 .. 15 pages cover *dilution*
and starts bright and early in the new year

i can see the data shown (no decoder ring necessary)
has an impact .. it's crystal clear what was done
on 6/2 .. 6/18 and 7/15 and it's why i covered all
bases .. including the sec .. mgmt and ihub admin
