This should clear up some of the brokerage and bad level 1 quotes JBI has been having. No more periods of having to call your order in to a broker, and hopefully no more Bid and Asks of 1.00x 2.95 level 1 quotes.

The OTCBB has nothing to do with OTCmarkets/pinksheets. They are separate entities. These tiers are Coulson taking a stab at the OTCBB. Maybe 5 years down the road they may have some importance outside of the fancy name but at this point most don't know or care.
