if I were you, or any of the others with questions that no one has answers to, except P.M., I would send VALID information AND Questions to his Parole Officer, WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE MONITORING HIM!! IMO, she is either over worked or hasn't been investigating his actions. You have discovered actions that are definitly boarder line violations. He has a big handful of Judgements from multiple people and companies that's why HopOn can never show a profit, without more lawsuits to try and recover what the courts have awarded.
