Bingo pendragon. I could not have said it any better than you, when you made this absolutely correct observation: "When I look at this, I see run-of-the mill govt. IT systems and procedures."

Dragon,

I completely agree that your proposed scenario is more than possible but if that's the case then Dean needs to say, "We submitted the images in the format required and the FDA came back with different specs." That puts the onus back on the FDA, but what we get is a statement that does not paint a clear cut picture and leaves everything up for speculation. "The FDA could not open the images." Why the heck not? Is Dean not aware how ridiculous it makes his company look if they cannot even send files to the FDA in the correct format? More times than not in this world when someone refuses to be clear when clarity is needed they are hiding something.

Frankly, every time Dean has been on Money TV since I have been following this stock (Oct '09) he always leaves something up for speculation and this board becomes a circus. I completely agree that his trasparency level has been better than probably any other CEO in history, but maybe that is a mistake. It seems the more he claims / tries to be transsparent the more it keeps everyone second guessing due to the lack of clarity on several issues.

Dean certainly was not clear on the issue with the images. If IMGG made a mistake he needed to admit it. If the FDA is jacking them around then he either needs to keep the info to himself or find a way to communicate that out clearly to the stockholders without offending FDA.
