I didn't assume any thing about government agencies, I only said that Dean should have known what format was "openable, on their system",and what the system was. For all we know Dean couldn't put the images in a "usable" format UNTIL JULY 5th, and the April Submission was a good way to stall for three months. Or did he have migrain headaches again? I am not taking cheap shots at Dean, the Dude cost me alot of money so far and I AM PISSED. I am not selling or buying any more shares so you can put that in your motivation category! I just want FDA clearance like every one else so I can get as far away fro IMGG as possible cause I'm tired of these dried up wrinkled carrots that Dean keeps hanging in front of all of us! p.s. Just because you have dealt with government agencies doesn't make you an authority. We have all went to the DMV also!

Prior to the NEW team coming on, can somebody point me to a Conference Call or other communication where Dean said the old team wasn't a good team. It seems to me on all those conference calls he had good things to say about the FDA teams..

Why are the teams he was working well with all of a sudden "bad guys?'
