In jest, Paul should have termed it SOAP, Silicon On Advanced Paper. Not in jest, Paul is running a risk here, our society has become quite litigious, and publishing such as if it cam from AMD could be "libelous".

This goes along very well with the existing "ModelHurtz" marketing "ploy".
Now, not only the performance on a "sticker" can be changed at will, but
AMD SOP technology can be released every year just before Jerry wants
to "dump his stock". <ggg>
