Agreed. In addition we have Wilf Blum who administers the NRPI 504 AND his brother is on the NRPI board. Need I say more? WB buys at a discount to market from the company and then uses it in two ways, imo. He hires a third party to pump it so he can sell it, or he just dumps it on the market. It doesn't matter to a 504 guy what the pps is as he can buy the stock at discount to market.

It can be a death spiral for small public companies because as he dumps, the pps declines. I don't think he'd do that to his own brother but you never know.
