Now that's a very interesting thought. Barnhill does have a significant past history with Quest...and maybe, just maybe Albitar came aboard to oversee the integration of HDVY R&D projects and make sure HDVY's protocols conform to Quest specs. If there's a further relationship down the road in the works then I agree, redundencies can be eliminated.

Getting a tad more interesting I'd say.

Dr. Albitar's joining us combined with the the two licensing agreements and Barnhill's history of selling companies would lead one to speculate that a Quest buyout is likely. If that happens I hope that we get at least a dollar a share.

One of the reasons I like HDVY is they have had an impressive growth of the management team in the last year with the additions of Gallagher, Norris, and Albitar. Now there appears to be a little step backwards with Tobin not returning after his contract expires. There could be many reasons why he's not continuing with HDVY. I do like my earlier speculation. He's knows HDVY is going to be successful and his leaving with a boatload of shares. Mr. Quirk sure thinks HDVY is going to be successful. Why would an ex insider be holding 55 million shares and looking for a two year extension on his warrants?

Time will tell the story. In the meantime, the speculation if fun.
