PaperProphet, In what "right" was he a criminal when he did not write the press releases nor is he a scientist. The machine NGRN has is capable of those numbers under correct conditions. So securities fraud is very strong language and remember this is a public company and the S.E.C. does watch these companies. They have unfettered access to all of the company records at any time. So exactly what crime did he commit. It sounds like you are a disgruntled investor that does not want to take ownership of a bad investment choice. Better luck next time.

If you have proof that he's a criminal, then why wasn't he arrested?????

I smell bullshit.

Mr. Huffman was definitely a criminal in his own right. He clearly committed securities fraud--he just wasn't caught.

Twice Mr. Huffman announced sales in press releases as historical fact even though those sales didn't actually happen. He also announced that the specs exceeded the 7.5kW when the report showed it was no where near that. Mr. Huffman is clearly a swindler and you can't shift the blame to anyone else.
