I don't think anyone is worried about selling what is sitting there. Don't they need the permit to run the machine? That is what we (at least I) am waiting for. If the permit never comes then that's a problem but seems like an easy process that is now just waiting to be next in line on the schedule.

But if, by chance, the permit never comes, does the fuel they've produced so far sit there forever? It makes no sense they need an air permit in order to sell what they've already produced. I guess another phone call is in order...

yes it makes perfect sense. as said in the cc, jbi only has a permit to test the process, not to produce...

besides which, that fuel did not come from a tested process, so how can it be sold.;?

duh.. lol
