That seems reasonable enough. There are many businesses in pinkieland that get by on hype and hope, dilution and deception. I think you should investigate OWVI further. You might learn that the CEO is pedigreed. That the company has a competitive financial services product in its infancy and likely to be profitable 2-3 quarters after launch. You might learn that there are multimillion dollar contract in place for both the manufacturing portion of the company (Tutamen) and the renewable energy component of the company (Inter Solar Tech). You might learn that the company overall has shown increasing profits over the past 3 quarters (albeit financials are not audited). There was previously a moratorium on releasing new shares which is an unusual step taken by the CEO. Audited financials should be out soon and perhaps uplisting, but I don't want to get too far ahead. Among stocks priced as low as this, I don't think you will find many with the sort of good reasons I have just articulated.
Follow your own investment strategies, but don't lump OWVI in with the many stinkie pinkies that are out there without considering the above. GLTA
