I believe, they are using this argument to place fear into the Early Investors whom many are Canadian, they I think are affected as to where they can place these shares based on where its listed. Listing solely on Pink Sheets, does delay placement, therefor they are trying to get them to sell, cheaply I might add.

Being Dually Quoted, does not affect them at all.
