The only thing that I truly know to be the absolute truth at this point is that my shares were valued at a nice price before the SEC protected me and after this so called protection my shares are not worth CRAP. Anything else that anyone says is simply an opinion since we have NO information to go on. Thanks for protecting me to death SEC.
How odd that you blame the SEC for the company's behavior.
The following is neither opinion nor advice: Following sheer logic, one can assume that the company has a significant problem in addressing its grey status--otherwise, either shareholders (and the trading public, at large) would have been updated by now.
But, no--only one middly-piddly PR, which addresses *nothing* about the elephant in the room.
Ok, now my opinion: Frankly, it's reprehensible behavior on the company's part.
