Yes, they have promised a lot and delivered nothing that I can think of.

But, I think they are actually working on their business plan. I think the financials are the first step, and I completely agree that it should be. I don't think it was until Unilava said it had to be.

As far as the brand makeover....umm...I think they have good intentions. I have spoken with Val about re-branding. He told me that they are in the middle of it. By re-branding, perhaps he means all the different sites are going to be inter-related and useful. I don't know...I am just guessing. Although this has progressed VERY slowly, I think they are in fact working on this.
