yes it is RL.v but doing a quick search I could not find the US equivalent that would end in 'F' So since it just started trading it may take a couple of months before the US ticker is available, if you want to chase it try calling your broker and see if they can buy it, you will have to pay the telephone rate but sometimes it's all part of the cost of doing business, let me know what they find out
