more than just a r/s. stock is out of compliance. no filings. quite a few bad things can happen to .0001 stocks like sewc

make yourself a model portfolio of about ten .0001 stocks and follow them for a few months. Learn then Invest.

There are hundreds of .000's. and id guess sewc is one of the very worst due to their 'cpa' problem and because theyre in a business with little upside. hard to get excited about a screen printer

That is true. But company was just activated in NV and I would hope to see some R/M announcements upcoming before any attempts to R/S.

And, it isn't like I throw a life savings in these lotto plays. A few hondo for a roll of the dice is all it is. Just like Vegas... nothing more, nothing less.
