That's what the PR plainly said. Why the redundancy?

It's easier to get a PO if you can deliver the product. Now they have funding to manufacture and deliver their products.

They have their ducks in order.

That sounds just fine. I don't see why any of that makes this bad news. This sounds like great news, and I think they are going to get a big order and then use the money to produce it. That's great, that's growing the company.
