I would read up a little on Mikey's board, its a real eye opener. Mikey (xbigshot1) is a super trader and great DD guy. Leucro is mostly right about dilution, though sometimes there are simply outstanding shares that are dumped without the company issuing more. And yes about 3rd parties. And yes about the company raising cash to pay debts. But I am kind of surprised that Leucro is surprised about share price dropping below the 200 MA and still dropping. I see it ALL the time. ALL the time . . . - basic charting is not a useful tool on pink sheets for most purposes.
