Hi Elmer,

I know that you must have read my earlier post, stating that we were going to back off a bit on TOU enforcement:

In this latest discussion, Ron merely pointed you to a thread where members can offer suggestions on how the site can be improved. I would have thought that you would have some input on that topic. Instead, you turned on the flame thrower. That is not cool and I don't know why you did it. All I ask is that you chill on this. I have agreed to back off a bit. So have Sara and Ron. Isn't that what the thread wanted? If you or anyone else wants to "duke it out", please take it to the "Parking Lot" thread:

On a final note, this is the last I want to say on the matter. The moderators are going to give posters more latitude - but if anyone tries to take it to the limit, their posts will be removed.
