Dev, I use ET Pro also, and Etrade often rolls my buys in with others. For example, if we both had an order in at the same price they might purchase the combined number of shares and that's the print that shows on L2.

Sure they can. If you look on level 2 you'll see two buys of 250,000 @ .001. Later you will see a buy for 34 shares and everyone will post, "who the hell just sold 35 cents worth of stock to drop the price". It happens all the time.
