the only way that this stock will be worth $1 is by the means of R/S. Like I said in the pasr .001 is more likely.

I agree 100% on both points. And, for those who bought at .0001, your opinion of .001 would mean a ten bagger.
First they need to end the convertible issue, then they need to come up with a solid deal. The constant announcements of some vague future relationship doesnt cut it.

I do believe an increase in the AS will come or an RS will come, and the shareholders who bought at .0001 will take a bath because the stock price starts to drop on more selling, after the price adjustment... IMO.
