That's an interesting perspective. I too think they would have been better served to give a couple of smaller sweetheart deals to REAL institutions..rather than Starr, who obviously has very little influence on Wall St.. Let Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch get 15M deals together equaling the Starr deal and you have two highly influential firms touting this thing up and down Wall St.. Instead, we get complete silence from Starr..
