Chinatown: any particular reason? I have never been in that part of town. I see a tram station right in front of the property and it is only two blocks away from restaurants and theaters (downtown Chinatown?).
And if Chinatown is valuable, Vignes Towers also probably is. Another large vacant lot only two blocks away.
