If I may say something,

He is doing what all CEO's do he is not saying too much, he is not promising anything, if he came out with we might, we are trying, or just flat out lied then any news release he did would not mean anything to anybody.

It is a thing with CEO's to NOT commit to anything till they know and signed agreements are in place, as far as the RS he has always indicated there will not be one he is being very carful as to not do anything that will hurt the company or his creditability.
