They been saying that for a while, make we think the announcement of SP is just around the corner. They make us hanging around so they can continue to dilute it. I dont think we should even debate on if dilution is real or not, it is happening. No reason to increase the O/S if they dont have the intention to put it into the float, yes?

I am as disappointed in the pps as anyone here. What confuses me however, is that VMix and MediaNet and EMI have agreements with Encounter. VMix and MediaNet generated (not ENTI sourced) reports exist confirming this. EMI are on the MMX site, as witnessed by their channel, Ron Adkins , by his own facebook page entries and photos seen, is creative director. He is known to be a producer and director responsible for successes. Even though only DISH, TV ads were eyeballed by many here, enough to suppose they were not part of some great mb poster conspiracy! These things do not seem to fit with what we are seeing and fearing here.
I am hoping the celeb rabbit pops out of the hat tomorrow. On the one hand we have the manipulation, the delays and the disappointments, then on the other we have these third party confirmations.
I have always been reluctant to speculate, I am not going to start now. Just sharing the conflict and duality that is ENTI.
