The SEC likes to call it insider info and stock manipulation when you tell people when a PR is coming out.

Somehow I don't think they'd be very interested in old George. Especially if he/she isn't trying to profit from it. Besides, by posting something like that on the board he/she is making it public knowledge, which kind of defeats the purpose of trying to take advantage of the situation.
