Hey guys I don't post much but I do follow this board and like you all invested. My guess is the reason he didn't list his assets is because he was trying to close out the mortgage company free and clear. I'm neither an attorney nor financier but that seems like the smart play. Perhaps someone smarter than myself can validate that assumption?
