He accepts all friend requests that I've seen...put in a request and the info would be yours quickly as well.. I think the page is restricted by default I doubt it's something that is done on purpose to withhold anything if he'll accept your friend request quickly. He's even responded to some of my requests personally if he's allowed to speak on it.
