I am not saying that at all.

What I meant, was that I have seen a few posters calculate how much equity value they have with the BVIG/KATG shares they have recieved.

Each time they have taken the number of shares they will receive in the dist. and multiply it by the current BVIG SP around .50 or .75.

I merely meant to point out that if the O/S increases without a PR on HC, then there is a possibility that KATG shares could be priced drastically lower then the current BVIG price due to dilution.

That's all. No harm meant! I am long and strong KATX and soon to be KATG!


Also, apparently I have been subjected to one post per day on this board along with the others. So I cannot respond here or to PM's.
