Right .. just anonymous companies with no history, set up in a tax haven country, not known for intellectual property or biotech, selling IP to another shell company with know SCAM principals.
And they hold back pertinent details on anything verifiable.
Hmmm ... if it looks like a scam, talks like a scam ... its probably a Scam.
