There is so much in the works at this point. Bob is worried about cash....there are so many things he wants to do and usually startups focus on one thing and create some cash and work from there, but with the timing of the Healthcare overhaul there is really no time to waste. Wasted time is another wasted opportunity and Bob would rather have backup cash in case of an emergency, so be it Dutchess or anyone else - in the long run it will be worth it.

With the blog today on the Alexian Hospital Network endorsement of MMR Pro, a private label version of MMR Pro(very big - Chartis was a private label deal)and the launch of MMR Global in India - there may be a considerable amount of capital generated with these deals which may allow MMR Global to need less and less of an equity line, thus making Dutchess a non-issue.
