SREH CEO Announces Cancellation of 100M+ Shares Toward Overall Market Value

SREH Retires 140M Common Outstanding Shares as Part of Initiative for Long-Term Growth

- SREH (PINKSHEETS: SREH) (www.sreholdings.com), a holdings company with subsidiaries Scientific News International (www.scientificnewsroom.com) and Mobile2Earth (www.mobile2earth.com), proudly announces today that the company is launching an initiative for its systematic buyback of common outstanding shares to increase SREH overall value and market integrity.

CEO Anthony Dibiase details the action: "We intend to begin with a retirement of 140M shares from the current outstanding shares. It's important to note that this is a permanent process; cancelling the shares, putting them in retirement, for the overall integrity of the stock. This is the first tranche in a series to systematically decrease the company's outstanding shares, thus strengthening its overall market appeal and inherent value in line with company progress. The actions are in line with our confidence that SREH shares are currently undervalued in relation to the company's true inherent value with consideration to revenues and trademarked intellectual property."

The company is currently completing some exciting initiatives for both of its subsidiaries including a highly innovative social networking platform exclusively for certified medical professionals to utilize in discussing news, conference details, medical theories and industry trends, to name a handful. It seamlessly integrates with the company's www.scientificnewsroom.com for a trademarked, subscription based model like no other. Scientific News International is currently gearing up for the Fall season with credentialed reporting on medical conferences nationwide.

Mobile2Earth has recently been approved for the Apple Developer Connection (ADC) as part of its campaign to develop and distribute a slate of 25 iPhone and iPad apps for consumers as it continues to develop apps for other companies.
