If a person traded with proper discipline and used a stop loss target they should have been fine. There was little reason to be buying this thing near a penny. During the first day of dumping a 0.005 was way too early for a bounce. This 0.0004 is a perfect bounce point and its still on a relatively low share count.
If it goes straight to the shorts then I was wrong and can live with the loss. I certainly wont be back on the board saying bad things constantly. Its better to spend that time learning how to be a better trader and not make foolish mistakes. I dont have a lesson to be learned here though. I know what I'm getting into and it should work. A quick near double of a small investment.
