Well, not exactly like that. My guess is the problem with Kodiak was one they didn't really have any real acquisitions to finance at the time, and two the billion share deal structure someone else already pointed out. Plus I think that deal got cut before the current controling shareholder got involved. He probably killed it because he wasn't going to give up control.
My point was now that they have some acqusitions announced, and consequently something to finance, it will be the news of financing that makes it all real and get people to believe it will work as they say to the extent they open their checkbooks.
