Certainly the Caddo news will help. But the key to this thing remains the financing news. It takes financing to complete the deals (in most cases) and financing to provide cash for working capital and other general corporate needs. There can be no long-term stock price growth unless the company has the resources to execute on its business plan, creating value in the process.

I suspect that what is happening now is the company is in the latter stages of completeing that financing. The guys that provide the financing in a typical hillbilly deal like to take the price down as low as they can right before the close of the deal so they can personally pick up a whole bunch of share on the cheap. Don't ask me about the legality of that but that's whats probably happening right now.
