This is what I am worrying about: the first amount which will grow, together with debt and revenues will be the salaries of all management. I have the unpleasant feeling that SPKL is a very typical example for such action. I am in here now since many years and - honestly said - I am starting to loss patience. Not because of the economy and problems related to this - but with the increase of outstanding shares, salaries and debt. Maybe SPKL will make it longterm - but I start to doubt that shareholder value will be the priority of this company. However, it really will take years until we will get back anything here - if.............
Wel, SPKL shows a very very typical progress as a microcap start up which is a great chance for directors to fill their wallets. Sorry, my words are based on twenty two years of microcap investments.
