Unfortunately not - we would still be subordinate in payment to Senior Notes as is written in our Guarantee - unless there are Senior Subordinate Notes that are receiving equal treatment with corresponding Senior Notes.


I think though we should be higher up in priority than other Subordinate Notes that do not have a Guarantee.


Substantive Consolidation is really the best chance of equal payments with other Creditors.
