No one is making money here except insiders and NIR.

Billions of shares have traded in the last several months and the stock has been locked at .0002 - .0004

there's no viable business here and there is a Tsunami of stock being issued. AT LEAST 40 million newly issued shares are created and sold each week here. If someone were SHORTING 40 million shares per week, people would be screaming to the sky. But it's not shorting, it's the company selling 40 million shares per week to pay a court judgement because the CEO has a habit of stiffing creditors and being sued for it.

Also, the CEO likes to claim he "DEFERS" his salary, but doesn't bother to mention he "defers" his salary by taking a CONVERTIBLE NOTE instead of his salary, then sells it to "investors" to convert into shares at a 50% discount. In other words, when the stock is trading at .0003, these investors are getting (and promptly selling) the dollar amount of Sand's salary converted at .00015.

Most other penny stock scams doing the same thing run don't get away with it for very long.

BTW, anyone notice this AMMENDED Reg D filing for shares sold in April and May? Odd, that I can't find the ORIGINAL filing??
