Response to my earlier post: I figured since I've been here for a while I'll just address everyone who was curious about my decisionto start dumping in the last 8 days(Richie, got your message and will reply via email)
So basically it's this:
1. Sitting here going on 6+ years now and we've yet to bounce out of Penny Land - yes, nothing happens overnight, but no, it dosen't take 6+ years for a company with a amazing product line to become well known if they market themselves right.
2. Empty promises by Yaacov Shoham and his shady way of presenting his business to everyone, what's so secretive? Don't you think there are other companies out there ready to capitalize on their same products and successes? Wake up and smell the coffee Yaacov, this is 2010.
3. Second chances (in my book) have come and gone, some numerous times.
4. Lack of follow through on Management's part.
5. Lack of respect for Shareholders.
6. Sick and tired of the smoke and mirrors PR's we've been getting, beating around the bush, whatever you want to call it.
7. Company corruption. The false leads and silent follow through when something bad happens.
8. No word on Goverment contracts - December 2010, give me a damn break - we're in the middle of a war and the USA is going to take 6 more months to test some bomb kits when they should be expediting to help save lives? Give me a break.
9. No financial reports (yep, it's a pinky, but still, I rattle off the names of 60 other pinkies that are more than willing to spill the beans when it comes to financial reporting).
10. Yaacov's secret warriors, like Fadi, and his pumping. Yes, him and I exchanged many emails, who knows what he was pumping about but he mentioned the company was doing a lot. Well a lot of nothing in my book beause if we don't know about them then they're as good as useless to us and the company.
Read a post by me earlier this week - Someone I know may have eluded to some contracts. Yep, you can guess where I heard that from. I also expecting the PPS to go up significantly 2 weeks ago. Did that happen? Nope, guess good old Yaacov was playing one of our phoney pumping friends here on the board.
I've done hours and days of research, nothing adds up. I'm concluding that Identa is becoming more and more of a sham scam thank you mam' company.
Perhpas the pastures are greener with another company that welcomes investors with a heart and brain. So much for Identa. Guess I'll sit back and wait for a bigger company to show them what they've done wrong in PR's all these years and watch them get kobbered.
